Këha-thêfê Bî (/ˈkëha/ /ˈθɘfɘ/ [vague; ambiguous] [load]) is a subtropical Town located in the Lêtdêsara Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Këha-thêfê Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Këha-thêfê Bî was founded by Shelëd Èlesêyëm, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Këha-thêfê Bî has a yearly average temperature of 25°C (77°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 27°C (80°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 24°C (75°F). Këha-thêfê Bî receives an average of 267 cm/y (105 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Këha-thêfê Bî covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 3850 m (12631 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Këha-thêfê Bî was founded durring the early 16th century in fall of the year 1547, by Shelëd Èlesêyëm. The establishment of Këha-thêfê Bî suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Këha-thêfê Bî which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Këha-thêfê Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Këha-thêfê Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Këha-thêfê Bî is buildings are built arround a single narrow flagstone mainstreet which forms a counterclockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks, spikes, and fences to provide some protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. Unfortuantly, these minimaly adiquite are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.
Këha-thêfê Bî has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Këha-thêfê Bî ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. The locals seem to have responded to their slow downfall by recreating Këha-thêfê Bî as one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times. Orderly byond order is a phrase which the town brings to mind.
Civic Infrastructure

Këha-thêfê Bî has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Këha-thêfê Bî has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Këha-thêfê Bî's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Këha-thêfê Bî possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Këha-thêfê Bî has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Këha-thêfê Bî has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Këha-thêfê Bî's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is which made use of the classical orders and mathematically precise ratios of height and width combined with a desire for symmetry, proportion, and harmony. It used columns, pediments, arches and domes are imaginatively in buildings of all types. Decorative features were seen as largely unnecessary as the sheer beauty of the structure itself was often close to art. However, many buildings with large ceiling spaces had their ceilings decorated with elaborate paintings, simply because the large flat spaces could feel wasted.

Këha-thêfê Bî is cursed with recurrent spells of some troublesome disease. The affliction isn’t so fatal as to make living there impossible, but it adds suffering and expense to local lives. The plague might be the product of an ancient curse, the results of long lost toxic remains, or an unavoidable byproduct of whatever industry or purpose justifies the city. It’s probably not overly contagious, but visitors may be in some peril all the same.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Këha-thêfê Bî was attacked by a group of nobles with their private armies. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Këha-thêfê Bî lost 279 people, 130 livestock, and 37 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 222, when members of Këha-thêfê Bî's militia enacted an operation to train a group of civilians for a special clandestine operation. The operation was complicated by extremely hostile wildlife which took many out of action. The conflict ended with an assault and siege on the fortification, which ended in victory for Këha-thêfê Bî's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Këha-thêfê Bî's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
